Koolamon Campground

Ikara-Flinders Ranges National Park

Situated on Aroona Creek at the base of the ABC Range this campground offers stunning views of the landscape that inspired artist Sir Hans Heysen. The 4WD section is surrounded by river red gums and acacias. There is a small area for 2WD vehicles. This campground provides minimal shade and shared firepits and bbq plates.

Access: Selected campsites are 4WD only.
Suitable for: tents, camper trailers, caravans.
Facilities: long-drop toilets, bbq plates.
Campfires: allowed (seasonal fire restrictions apply).
Number of campsites: 13 allocated campsites.
Unpowered. Water tank located at toilet block. NPWS cannot guarantee consistent water quality and supply.
