Ikara-Flinders Ranges National Park

Located along the Northern of South Australia's Heysen Trail, this campground is nestled between native pine and the Eastern side wall of the Pound. St Mary's Peak offers a spectacular background. Ideally situated for walkers using the Heysen Trail and for cyclists on the Mawson Trail or Flinders Ranges by Bike loop trail. Also as a remote camp for school groups.

No vehicle access.
Suitable for tents only.
Facilities: long drop toilet, rain water tank.
Campfires: Not permitted at anytime of the year. Camp stoves permitted for hikers and cyclists only.
Number of hikers/cyclists: Up to 50.
Unpowered site.
