Many SA camp­grounds booked out for Easter

South Australia’s nation­al parks have con­tin­ued to grow in pop­u­lar­i­ty with book­ings at 100 per cent in the state’s most icon­ic parks sites in the lead up to the East­er long week­end – which will pro­vide a sig­nif­i­cant eco­nom­ic boost to our regions.


Aus­tralian Sea Lion statement

The Nation­al Parks and Wildlife Ser­vice of South Aus­tralia (NPWS) is inves­ti­gat­ing the sus­pi­cious death of an endan­gered Aus­tralian Sea Lion at Bales Beach, east of Seal Bay, on Kan­ga­roo Island. 


Thou­sands of fish released into SA reser­voirs last week

Close to 90,000 native fish fin­ger­lings were released at three loca­tions last week as part of efforts to improve fish­ing expe­ri­ences and boost recre­ation­al activ­i­ties at a num­ber of reser­voir reserves across South Australia.
