$1.5 mil­lion infra­struc­ture boost for Eyre Penin­su­la parks

Upgrades are now com­plete at one of Kan­ga­roo Island’s most icon­ic sites, Remark­able Rocks, with con­struc­tion of its acces­si­ble board­walk fin­ished in time for the Christ­mas school holidays.

As part of the South Aus­tralian Government’s Parks 2025 com­mit­ment to improve its nature-based tourism offer­ing, stage 1 of upgrades to vis­i­tor facil­i­ties at Akur­ra Adnya (Arka­roo Rock) in the Ikara-Flinders Ranges Nation­al Park has been completed.
