Vis­i­tors to riv­er-based River­land and Mur­ray­lands parks are urged to keep updat­ed on cur­rent clo­sures to numer­ous roads and tracks, and campsites.

Locat­ed just north of Ade­laide, this month the Ade­laide Inter­na­tion­al Bird Sanc­tu­ary (AIBS) Nation­al Park — Winaity­i­naityi Pangkara is being cel­e­brat­ed as part of the Nation­al Park and Wildlife Ser­vices’ Park of the Month. 

The Land­care Asso­ci­a­tion of SA (LASA) will receive $1 mil­lion in State Gov­ern­ment fund­ing to employ a state coor­di­na­tor to sup­port envi­ron­men­tal vol­un­teer groups across the state.

One of Aus­trali­a’s longest run­ning bio­di­ver­si­ty pro­grams, which helped to save the yel­low-foot­ed rock wal­la­by from extinc­tion, is cel­e­brat­ing its 30^th anniversary.
