Full closure of Vulkathunha-Gammon Ranges National Park

The whole of Vulkathun­ha-Gam­mon Ranges Nation­al Park will be closed from 9pm Wednes­day 12 March until 9pm Sat­ur­day 15 March 2025 for pub­lic safe­ty dur­ing a pest con­trol operation.

The fol­low­ing camp­grounds will be affected:

  • Main­wa­ter Well
  • Arcoona
  • Italowie
  • Weetootla
  • Grindells Hut
  • Nud­la­mu­tana Hut
  • Bal­canoona Shear­er’s Quarters
