Terms and Conditions – Gather Round Promotion

The fol­low­ing terms and con­di­tions apply to the Gath­er Round 2025 pro­mo­tion­al dis­count offered by the Depart­ment for Envi­ron­ment and Water (DEW):

1. Pro­mo­tion peri­od
The dis­count is valid from Thurs­day 10 April to Sun­day 13 April 2025, inclusive.

2. Eli­gi­ble expe­ri­ences
The 10% dis­count applies to:

  • Cle­land Wildlife Park – entry fees only
  • Ade­laide Gaol – entry fees only
  • Nara­coorte Caves – reg­u­lar tours only (excludes Cav­ing and World Her­itage Tour)
  • Tan­ta­noola Caves – tours only

3. How to redeem
To receive the dis­count, vis­i­tors must present a valid Gath­er Round 2025 tick­et at the time of entry or on-site book­ing. The tick­et can be used to receive a dis­count on both indi­vid­ual and fam­i­ly entry fees. This dis­count can­not be applied to school bookings.

4. Con­di­tions of use

  • Dis­count is only avail­able for on-site purchases.
  • Online book­ings are not eli­gi­ble for the discount.
  • The dis­count can­not be used in con­junc­tion with any oth­er offer or promotion.
  • Dis­counts apply to stan­dard entry or tour fees only and do not include mer­chan­dise, food and bev­er­age, or spe­cial events.

5. Changes and can­cel­la­tions
DEW reserves the right to amend or can­cel the pro­mo­tion at any time with­out notice.

6. Gen­er­al

  • Entry is sub­ject to each site’s stan­dard entry con­di­tions and oper­at­ing hours.
  • Vis­i­tors are respon­si­ble for ensur­ing they meet all site guide­lines and safe­ty requirements.
